Bundled services include the cost of gas, water, trash removal, sewer, and recycling. Residents are responsible for establishing an account with ComEd to pay for general electricity consumption within the residence, plus renters' insurance.

Cable, if desired, can be established through Everywhere Wireless.

Storage:
$40/month for one stage space (located on the 2nd floor)

Pet Policy:
Monthly Pet Fees - $35/pet/month

Restricted Breeds: Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepards, Presa Canarios, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf-Hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies. Additionally, any dog that may have the above-designated breeds in their lineage is strictly prohibited.
